A past life therapy session is expensive so it’s important to prepare well.
- If you have never been hypnotised before it’s important to practise. There are people who cannot be hypnotised. Perhaps go to see a local hypnotist for a simple relaxation session before booking a session with me. You can also listen to hypnotic tracks on YouTube.
- Meditation is an excellent way to prepare for your past life session. Sit quietly and calm the mind. Concentrate on your breath going in and out. Perhaps count your breaths. Notice your thoughts and observe them go by like clouds.
- Spend time thinking about what you want to gain from the session. Are there issues in your life that you want to be addressed? Are you just curious? Are there questions you would like to ask your spirit guides or angels?
- Practise visualisation. Think about walking down a pretty path surrounded by pretty flowers or sitting on a beach and listening to the waves. Engage all of your senses as you conjure up the scene. Create a safe place in your mind where you can totally relax. It could be out in nature or even your bedroom. Notice everything about your safe place. What are the sounds and smells?
- Focus on relaxation in your daily life. Breathe deeply. Move through your day mindfully. Make time for things like listening to music, reading or gardening. Make time for what brings you joy. Spend time in nature.
- Enrich your spiritual life. Take up yoga and read spiritual texts. Watch spiritual films and videos. Pray and meditate. Give your troubles to God or Source. All spiritual activities raise your vibration.
- Start to eat healthily. Cut out processed food and alcohol. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables. Consume quality proteins.
- Begin talking to your spirit guides. Ask them for help.
- Try to remember your dreams. Write them down in a journal when you awake. Try to figure out what they are telling you.
- Remember to treat yourself lovingly and practise loving kindness towards others.
