Travelling to Tibet

In November I am travelling to Tibet for a 16 day tour. I am unbelievably excited about this.

I have always wanted to travel to Tibet as I have been fascinated by the culture and Tibetan Buddhism. Tibet seems to hold great spiritual power. In recent times it has been difficult to visit Tibet because of the Chinese annexation of the country. However, China appears to have realised that tourism in a money spinner in Tibet and the country is opening up more and more to foreigners like me. It is still necessary to get a permit to visit and a visa for China. Also, you must have a guide to accompany you around Tibet.

In spite of these restrictions, I am looking forward to visiting the Potala Palace in Lhasa and several monasteries that are dotted around the country. I think it still maybe tricky to talk to the local Tibetans openly about what is happening in Tibet.

The Dali Llama is in exile in India so this subject will be sensitive. I would like to know what the locals know about Jesus’ time in Tibet and also their knowledge of spiritual beings and aliens. I am not sure that it will be possible to broach such subjects.

When I had my original Life Between Lives session the angels told me that there is a great secret in Tibet that I must find. I don’t know what this is but I suspect it may be a document that proves that Jesus was in Tibet at the monastery in Hemis. This document may possible be in Lhasa lost among thousands of others. I have read it in the book by the Russian traveller Notovitch but the original is no longer available. Finding the document would bring together Buddhism and Christianity as being virtually the same religion. This truth has been hidden for a long time. If Jesus was in Tibet in his youth he could have learned how to perform miracles from the yogis of the Himalayas such as walking on water and turning water into wine. To me none of this takes away from his divinity, it just adds more to the story. No doubt many people will be offended by it.

I don’t think any religion has the truth about the spiritual world exactly right but Tibetan Buddhism comes pretty close. Jesus spoke of loving each other. The Buddha spoke of compassion. These terms are speaking of the same thing. The way to God is to open your heart to loving kindness: loving yourself, loving others and loving God.

November seems a long way away but I will be counting the days. Let’s hope my visit is spiritually uplifting and fruitful.
